Pointer Pet Products was established in 1959 in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Originally Pointers started with mixer biscuits, however, market trends and special customer needs have directed the company to being specialists in developing many types of biscuit treats. The products developed include Treat Biscuits, Semi Moist Treats and more recently, the launch of our new packaging and counter display packs and boxes.

 

The continuing growth of the company has allowed for considerable investment both in machinery and staff. The investments have included key people with skills in sales, marketing, food technology, nutrition, logistics, customer services and engineering. The company saw further development by the opening of a new 30,000sq foot warehouse during August 2001, which was built to meet the continuous growth of the company and to accommodate the ever increasing business created by products manufactured for the UK market by sister companies. The Pointer company has lost none of it's original values and considers the customer to be the most important aspect of the business. Every sector is geared to meeting customer wants, needs and service levels requirements.
